Welcome to the One95™ platform, a user-friendly solution for accessing digital content from 95 Percent Group.
One95 Administrators oversee the platform for every school in their district.
Note: This article does not cover the 95 Literacy Intervention System™ (LIS).
One95 Migration
The One95 platform is the new and improved hub for whole-class and intervention resources. Teaching materials are now accessed at https://one95.app.
The Resources and Products Customers Portal is the legacy website for 95 Percent Group products. Teaching materials were previously accessed at https://my95percentgroup.com.
One95 Administrators
Known as One95 Administrators, users assigned to the Administrator role are in charge of managing their district’s single sign-on (SSO) connection, provisioning roles and product licensing, and more. One95 Administrators have exclusive access to the Settings page where these platform settings are configured.
Districts can designate as many or as few One95 Administrators as needed, but at least one user with the One95 Administrator role is required.
It is important to note that granting users One95 Administrator privileges will allow them to access and edit all options available on the Settings page.
One95 Features
One95 offers exciting new features to enhance the 95 Percent Group experience: SSO, ease of resource access for your district’s educators, dynamic resource assignments, digital Teacher’s Edition textbooks, and reporting capabilities.
Single Sign-on (SSO)
One95 provides SSO capabilities to streamline the login process.
After navigating to One95, users will be authenticated via your district’s rostering platform, meaning One95 can be accessed with the click of a button.
The introduction of SSO eliminates the previous need for teachers to manually create individual accounts and keep track of usernames and passwords.
Ease of Resource Access
One95 provides a simplified process for resource access by eliminating license key codes, streamlining resource identification via tiles, and enabling resource assignments within the platform.
No More License Key Codes
Teachers no longer register individual products to their accounts using license key codes. One95 Administrators now manage product assignments within the Settings page’s Licenses tab.
Resource Tiles
Every resource available to each user can be found in one place: the Resources page.
Colorful tiles represent the 95 Percent Group products licensed to each user or their district, visually assisting the identification and access of teaching materials.
Resource tiles display one or multiple icons related to the materials available within that tile (i.e., Digital Presentations, Teacher’s Edition textbooks, and ancillary materials).
Multi-volume resources are broken out by volume for convenience. A search bar is available at the top of the page to quickly filter assigned resources.
Users can favorite their commonly used resources and bring them forward to the Today page – the One95 homepage – to make them easily accessible upon login.

Resource Assignments
“Seats” in One95 are the equivalent of license key codes in the Resources and Products Customers Portal: they represent an individual user’s ability to access the product.
One95 Administrators are responsible for assigning resources to each school after their district’s order is placed and the products are available in the platform. Resource assignments refer to the process of distributing your district’s open seats in the Settings page’s Licenses tab.
From the Licenses tab, resources can be dynamically provisioned by selecting one or more products and assigning them individually or in bulk to educators in your district. Once resources have been assigned, users are granted immediate access.
It is important to note resource assignments are not automatic. If teachers in your district indicate they cannot view their resources in One95, a One95 Administrator must assign those seats accordingly.
There are two seat types for resource access: licensed and review.
Licensed Seats
The total number of licensed seats available for each product is based on your district’s order.
Contact support@one95.app if your district’s purchased licensed seats are not reflected in One95.
Review Seats
One95 provides each district with review seats.
A review seat offers the same product access as a licensed seat. Districts receive 10% of all purchased seats as complimentary review seats.
For example, if your district purchases 100 licensed seats for the 95 Phonics Core Program™ (PCP) Grade K, you receive 10% free review seats, which means you have 10 review seats available for assignments.
Districts also receive one free review seat for every unpurchased product. This allows users to sample and learn more about additional 95 Percent Group resources.
All-District Access
Certain 95 Percent Group products – for example, the Phonological Awareness Screener for Intervention™ (PASI) and the Phonics Screener for Intervention™ (PSI) – provide all-district access in One95.
All-district access means that the product is automatically assigned to all users in your district and does not require allocation. By default, the resource will be available on the Resources page.
To learn more about assigning resources, reference our article on One95™ Resource Assignments.
Digital Teacher’s Edition Textbooks
One95 provides digital Teacher’s Edition textbooks for applicable products, such as the 95 Phonics Core Program™ (PCP) and the Phonics Lesson Library™ (PLL).
These full-length digital copies are a helpful reference if users do not have the physical text in front of them or need to access the materials at home.
Expand the lessons to full screen, skip to specific pages, and zoom in to get a closer look. Returning viewers can resume their instruction where they left off.
Note that digital Teacher’s Editions are not intended to replace physical copies and cannot be printed or downloaded.
Reporting
One95 provides valuable reporting capabilities within the platform via the Data Insights page and the Settings page's Activity tab.
Data Insights Page
The Data Insights page is the One95 dashboard that offers centralized system insights, helping One95 Administrators drive data-informed decisions.
This page contains various tiles related to the One95 data available from your district, such as the time educators spent accessing 95 Percent Group resources. After selecting a tile, dynamic charts animate your district’s statistics over the last three months, including the current month.
All One95 users can access this page and reference their platform activity. This data view can help educators understand how their platform activity and engagement change over time.
The teacher, school, and district-level data displayed is updated nightly, meaning the Data Insights page reflects the latest from your district upon login at the start of the school day.
To learn more about the Data Insights page, reference our article on Data Insights Page.
Activity Tab
The Settings page's Activity tab enables the download of One95 usage reports, immediately surfacing insight into how users are leveraging the platform.
This tab offers various user activity data points to streamline One95 Administrators’ understanding of which educators are accessing the platform, for how long, the resources assigned to each user, and how frequently they use them.
To learn more about the Activity tab, reference our article on Settings | Activity Page.
One95 FAQs
Login
Pop-ups must be enabled for https://one95.app in your web browser to access One95.
If pop-ups are disabled, users will receive an error that they need to validate their credentials.
To learn more about logging in, reference our article on One95™ Login.
Substitute Teacher Access
Substitute teachers must be added to your district’s rostering platform and shared with One95 to access resources.
Once rostered and synchronized into the platform, seats can be moved around to provide the substitute with temporary product access. Seats cannot be assigned unless the substitute is rostered into One95.
Depending on whether they are a long-term or short-term substitute teacher, licensed and review seats should be assigned, respectively.
To learn more about substitute access, reference our article on One95™ Substitute Teacher Access.
Rostering
The Settings page’s Connect tab manages your district’s data integration with the One95 platform.
During the initial configuration process, 95 Percent Group establishes the connection between the One95 platform and your district’s rostering platform. Once data is being shared via ClassLink or Clever, 95 Percent Group pulls and configures the information needed for setup.
If there are changes in your SSO platform – like new users, updated email addresses, or modified names – that should be reflected in the One95 platform, click Load Now to synchronize the data updates and Save to save them. This loads your district’s user base into the One95 platform.
Districts can mark the Update this file nightly checkbox to enable their rostering to load within the One95 platform nightly.
One95 Administrators can manually synchronize data by clicking Load Now at any time, even with the nightly updates enabled. For example, if there is a user added to Clever that needs immediate access, you do not have to wait for the nightly re-rostering to get them up and running.
To learn more about the Connect tab, reference our article on Settings | Connect Page.
Updating Roles
One95 roles are used to map the district roles synchronized from your rostering platform into One95 within the Settings page's Connect tab.
During the initial configuration process, every district role is mapped to the Teacher role. Teacher access means that users can only access their assigned resources.
If your district needs to elevate someone’s permissions, individual users are upgraded to One95 Administrators within the Settings page’s Licenses tab as needed.
One95 Administrator access means the user is given privileges to the Settings page and can override configurations made by other One95 Administrators in your district.
It is advisable to consider whether teachers need this access level before they are upgraded.
Note: All remaining user roles in the One95 platform are related to the LIS.

One95 Support
While navigating the One95 platform, there is a question mark icon in the upper right-hand corner of every page.
Click the question mark icon to access the related help article within the One95™ Knowledge Base.
To explore full capabilities and additional topics, use the search bar or reference the list of available articles on the knowledge base homepage.
