One95 Support

There are two ways to submit support tickets for the One95 platform:

  • One95 Knowledge Base
  • Email

One95™ Knowledge Base

While navigating the One95 platform, there is a question mark icon in the upper right-hand corner of every page.

Click the question mark icon to access the related help article within the One95 Knowledge Base.   


From here, search for other topics and submit support tickets for assistance.   


To submit a One95 support ticket, click the Submit a ticket button in the upper right-hand corner of the knowledge base.  

Determine the nature of your inquiry within the Get in touch drop-down. 

  • Ask a question: Select this option for One95 platform questions. 
  • Report an issue: Select this option to report One95 platform issues. 
  • Inquire status: Select this option to ask about a 95 Percent Group ticket status.
  • Feedback: Select this option to provide feedback related to 95 Percent Group or the One95 platform. This can include desired platform features or any errors. 


Complete the remaining fields within the form.  

Enter your email address 

Enter your school email address.  


This email address will be used for correspondence with 95 Percent Group. 



Enter a description of your inquiry. 



Select the applicable 95 Percent Group product category from the drop-down: 

  • 95 LIS 
  • 95 RAP
  • One95


The One95 platform is the hub for accessing 95 Percent Group’s digital resources. 


The 95 Literacy Intervention System (LIS) is an assessment system in the One95 platform.  

95 RAP is 95 Percent Group’s technology-based Tier 3 intervention solution for struggling readers.
